Got em. Feel kinda bad, but had it been 5 feet back it would have been my car sitting on the curb. Dude had some stupid story, but the cops went back to the scene, got a piece of headlight, and fit it exactly on this dudes car. The cops are all really funny (especially for 5am) and one of them looks and sounds just like Joe Pesci.
